Return and Refund Policy

We operate a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) will also be required. To make a return, contact us at the following address: hello@zinjaro.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label with detailed shipping instructions. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it. In the event that the product received is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs for returns

- Consumer-initiated returns : If you are returning a product for personal reasons, you are responsible for the shipping costs, calculated according to the rates of the chosen express shipping company.

- Returns due to an error on our part : If products are damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers, plants), bespoke products (special or personalised orders), personal care products (e.g. beauty products), hazardous products, flammable liquids and gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, it is recommended that you return it first. Once your return has been accepted, place a new order to obtain the desired item.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with the labels and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether or not we approve your refund. If approved, the refund will be made to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to post the refund.
